Jillian “Jiji” Picazo (she/her), a proud San Francisco native, Bilingual Speech and Language Pathologist, Educator, and Chief Operations Officer at Fog City Speech and Language, leads with a deep commitment to equity in communication and the radical belief in the power of compassion. With over a decade of experience, Jiji supports voices – spoken, unspoken, and rising – across classrooms and community spaces. Her work is rooted in building empowerment through fostering self-awareness, creating safe spaces for authentic expression, and advancing community through cultural humility.
A proud Chicana, daughter of Mexican immigrants, and steadfast Chicana Latina Foundation alumna, Jiji credits CLF as being a catalyst, the spark that transformed passion into purpose. She serves on the Board of Directors of Friends of the Children – SF Bay Area, where she champions long-term mentorship and generational change with the same fierce love and enduring vision that shaped her own path.

Armed with a Masters degree from San Francisco State, certificates in Vocology, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Orofacial Myology, and a lifetime of performance experience, Jiji shows up unapologetic, rooted in authentic cultural and self identity, and always ready to raise the volume on justice and joy.
